Colbert undercover at #OWS
I’m watching the end of this and cryyyying.
I know it’s the wrong word…but I find the whole story with his dad and brothers fascinating. That level of tragedy is just completely foreign to me. And for him to say that, at ten years old, he stopped caring about school because the consequences of it didn’t seem like anything compared to what had already happened to him is just…ridiculously poignant and heartbreaking.
To see the person he is today, though, I think is what makes it really fascinating to me.
This is a great Colbert interview from Charlie Rose. Seeing this also makes it funnier when you realize that Colbert “Charlie Rose-d” his set when Charlie Rose came on his show.
